职位描述:
1. Provide a bulleted list of key responsibilities follow the job description writing process working from Factual elements towards the job summary, be precise and concise. 2. Analyze and solve problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively systems, components and equipment, either in-house or on-site. 3. Analyze and perform repair or calibration work of customer returned products according to company repair procedure or know-how on time. 4. Develop and maintain good customer relations, improve customer satisfaction. 5. Organize and perform local training courses to customers or colleagues. 6. Preparation of relevant technical documents. 7. Maintains appropriate tools and keeps on hand and as required. 8. Travels as required for the purpose of performing service activities at customer sites. 9. Update the know-how knowledge about the company’s products and improve the service to customer. 10. Prepare updates and maintain accurate logs, equipment performance data, service records, parts usage documentation and diagnostic update. 11. Responsible for key account management 12. Other task assigned by management.
职位要求:
1. Bachelor majoring in electronics/Electrical Engineering, or automation, Advanced degree in related field a plus. 2. At least 3 years proven experience as services, instrument industry experience is highly appreciated. 3. Familiar with life science/Electronic implementation is highly preferred. 4. Good English communications in both oral and written. 5. Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented. 6. High degree of initiative and good communication skills. Capable of dealing with technical discussion with customers. 6. High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure.
