岗位描述/职责
Job Description/Responsibility
1. Prepare and update quotations for Sales based on customer inquiries and specifications
2. Propose technical specification and technical solution as required;
3. Communicate with technical department at ENGEL Austria for special options
4. Sales project support:
• attend biddings
• be responsible for technical proposal summary
• preparation technical part of bidding document
• explain and respond to customer concerning technical questions;
5. Be updated about all Engel products and technologies
6. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
2. 3-year technical experience in the mechanical engineering industry or above;
3. Team player and good communication skills
4. Profound analytical skills
5. Proactive and result oriented
6. Excellent skills in English

Reports to the Director Business Unit Automotive Asia
• Coordinate the Automotive sales activities in the defined region
o Work with sales on the hot projects and support them to win the orders
o Support the sales in technical solution finding and work therefore close with our engineering, application engineering and automation department.
o Clarifying technical and commercial customer requirements
o Organize the required technical and commercial releases by senior management
• Managing the order processing for the related orders
o manage a project from the RFQ-stage down to a final customized production cell from a technical and commercial point of view
o coordinate the internal processes across all involved departments
o Monitor the progress and set appropriate action in terms of deviations
• others
o Support to introduce new technologies to the market
o Analyze the market requirements and exchange with HQ
o Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement/Expectation (Education/ knowledge, ability):
-Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanics, electrics or plastics...)
-3 years experience in sales or engineering, plastics industry is perferred
-Very good MS-Office skills
-Good command of English both in verbal & writing. English level min. CET 4 (preferred CET 6)
-Knowledge in plastics technology
-Self confident with negotiation skills
-Willingness to travel
