| In the current growing scenario with several packages and proceses to be developed and or enforces, the employ is key actor for the several business products to be achieved in terms of timeline, process development, process robustness.
The employ cooperate and spread knowledge in a constructive multi-cultural environment between several organizations inside(internal plants and subcons) to ensure a solid and smooth implementation.
The employ is the interface between ADG R&D Back end and FE-BE compatibility groups in Catania and the BE plant. He coordinates among the various lines and NPI for the good introduction of new silicon lines from MAT5 to MAT20.
He drive the BE processes standardization in cooperation with the plant stakeholders for the new silicon lines, capitalizing from the current ones.
He is instrumental for the new DA processes development for ADG R&D like Diffusion soldering, new sintering materials etc as he his the reference bridge between the plant and the HQ in Italy. |
