Define critical process characteristics with subcons to fit product characteristics defined by internal customers
Yield Improvement and Process Improvement Projects
Involve in package and test-finishing maturity (NPI)
Involve in automotive readiness project
Develop workable system and template (when there is noformat)
Deploy technical projects (Inkless Map, STIF, STDF)
Manage Change Management
Package Roadmap Benchmarking
PPAP, take care of all process flow, frozen recipe etc.
Profile:
proficient in DOE/APQP/SPC/ESD and assembly process
familiar with assy process

On-Site compliancy and validation of committed 8D actions / read across / changes
Sanity audit for control plan/ FMEA/rFMEA/governance rules
Verify basic line readiness - handling, recipe management etc.
Manage 8D Quality / Cycle Time / ICC / Crises / Excursion
Manage customer audits and actions follow-up
Automotive readiness and certification programs
Manage quality of consigned materials
Manage non-conformance lots (MRB Tool)
Perform SPE and drive for Improvement
Manage quality of consigned materials
Training subcontractors on quality tools, include tools in EMP
Manage Change Management (PCP)
Manage NPI to Volume Productions projects
Yield Improvement and Process Improvement Projects
