| 职位要求: | |||
| l min 3 years R&D work experiences in automotive application(OBC, AC/DC charger, DC/DC converter, traction inverter) l familiar with IGBT/SiC module l familiar with power&analog semiconductor knowledge(MOS/Diode/IGBT) l familiar with PFC and LLC topology in AC/DC,DC/DC application l familiar with motor control application l familiar with magnetic component design(transformer, inductor) l familiar with EDA tools for PCB layout/schematic/simulation l fluent English communication skill | |||
