| The Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) Manager of RF& Microwave products will be responsible for the RF&MW business development in China market, including critical task of creating and winning new design-ins for key market segments/applications by offering and leveraging company’s full RF solutions. The leader will build and motivate the industries best demand creation team to achieve aggressive market share gain for the Company.
Builds industries preeminent field application team for RF&MW products inChina.Leads the FAE team to provide technical support of company’s full portfolio of products to customersand Channel Partners.
Acts as business development manager and defines key market segments in-line with overall company strategy in China.
Maps out key applications within segments,agrees top customers to focus on with Account Sales and Business Units, responsible for generating aligned view on market SAM amount by application and top customer.
Leads effort for demand creation, qualifies and manages opportunity funnelto achieve design-win goals.
Works hand in hand and prioritizes L2 applications to close customer opportunities.
Provides critical guidance on new product developmentand roadmapto Business Units.
Primarily measured and incentivized on Design Win achievement and Sales Revenue for area of responsibility |
