Produce and maintain an overview of the applicability of the current PACS portfolio to the region, evaluate its competitive position against global and local products, generate gap analysis between the PACS portfolio and regional needs.
Recommendations for new features, products, solutions will be accompanied by Lean Business Case (SAFe Agile - https://www.scaledagileframework.com/) for the items, solutions or services identified.
Being responsible for market intelligence being the domain expert in the PACS segment regarding the regional competitive environment.
Understand end-user and channel buying criteria.
Identify and suggest possible partnering and acquisition opportunities.
Align with regional sales leadership and implementing the PACS regional strategy by developing and executing regional plans, including relevant product launches, regional go to market plans and communication relating to product sustaining activities that affect the region.
Develop and implement sales enablement programs and sales tools that support the selling process of the PACS portfolio. This includes close cooperation with PACS marketing communication on regional messaging and collateral localization.
Prepare a quarterly review of the business in the region. This will include the revenue, gross margin by product line, competitive information, local trends, major regional requirements, gaps, and win-loss stories.
Serve as a regional ambassador for Global, building awareness for HID externally through industry brand-building activities such as conference speaking opportunities, written articles, interviews, etc. |
Hold a BA or MA in the fields of Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences
Ideally 10+ years of Product Marketing Management
Experience in working for European or American entities
Experience in sales and/or marketing of access control and identity management solutions
An analytical, data-driven approach to making decisions and choosing a direction.
Must have strong written and verbal skills with the ability to lead presentations.
Capable of establishing credibility with sales force and customers
Proactive with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships remotely
Ability to work independently, form own judgment/opinions, provide insights and drive change
Ability to interact with and build relationships with people from different departments and levels of seniority Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
networking outside and inside the organization and building positive relationships with key individuals and groups
Interest in Access Control & Security markets is a plus
Experience in operating within and using SAFe Agile is a plus |
