YOUR TASKS • Be responsible for the refrigeration technology business sales and service in the region of Greater China market • Act as Business Representative of the Refrigeration Technology (RT) division in China • Be responsible for the sales & service activities of the RT division in the Greater China market • Be responsible for the growth of the overall business for both sales and profitability. • Support the development and implementation of the Division & Country strategies and enrich these with local insights from customers, markets and local knowledge • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local laws. Implement an effective risk management in conjunction with the management team • Build and sustain excellent relationships with customers in a wide spectrum of industries and liaise with various stakeholders to maximize market access • Lead, manage and develop the dedicated sales team with the right level of skills and competence KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Support the development of the long-term country strategy in alignment with the division strategy and provide specific inputs from country perspective • Strong focus on execution of both Division and Country strategy for the business growth • Conducts analysis of the national market, consolidate product requirements, co-ordinate the development of an appropriate sales & service strategy within the country and track its implementation • Strong focus on market trends and competitor developments to draw the right strategic conclusion • Update methods or sub-processes as a part of daily business • Identify national key accounts to maximize volume and cross-selling of GEA portfolio and negotiate larger key contracts • Negotiate relevant terms and conditions for area of responsibility in line with regional standards and guidelines
职位要求:
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management and / or technical discipline • MBA strongly preferred • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and service and general management • Strong track record in business growth in the related industries • Advanced understanding in business development and experience in managing complex Change Processes • Experienced working in manufacturing and engineering company selling not only complex products but also package solutions with value added services • Preferably experience with and knowledge about legal procedure for restructuring processes and sound knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to labor law, Health & Safety legislation, and Commercial regulations OTHER SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically • Excellent communication and public speaking skills in both English and Chinese is a MUST • Leadership competencies (ability to lead & develop team and Business with strong target orientation • Entrepreneurial skills (general manager orientation with a clear drive to strong customer orientation and understanding) • Interpersonal skills (power of persuasion, conviction and well-argued reasoning, proven to maintain & build up relationships and networks with relevant decision makers and stakeholders, strong communicator
