职位描述:
Job Purpose: This role is expected to achieve North China instrument business growth by professional distributor management & development. Better business ethics compliance, better end customer (non-Key Account) coverage and higher opportunity win-rate from local Life Sciences distributors are top 3 priorities of this role. Main Responsibilities: Ethical Risk Management • follow 3E practices (Educate-Examine-Enforce) among distributors to stepwiselybuilld distributor CoBE culture • Identify CoBE risks (anti-corruption, COI, fair competition and export control) and timely report to compliance & management team Channel Management • Support Channel Sales Manager for New channel partner development and current channel qualification • Distributor Opportunity pipeline management in salesforce.com and distributor key project support • Provide microbial application / portable product / regulation (FDA, GMP and ISO standards) training to Channel partners evaluatedistributor product manager / sales • Lead monthly review with distributor performance on business • Monthly analysis with focus on sales achievement, invoicing statement, stock level and key win/loss • Provide support to channel partners on customer development / Marcom event • Collect the VOC from channel partners on pricing, quality, training and feedback to management • Integrate internal resource to remove other pain points during cooperation with company
职位要求:
Must to have • Graduate with Sciencebachelor’s degree above; Life Science-related majors are more preferred • 6years’ experience industry sales experience with minimum 3 years proven records in channel management • Good read/write in English • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills • Good CoBe knowledge and awareness • High energy and efficiency, team player and capability of working under pressure • Self-motivated, decisive, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented • Travel time 50% Nice to have • Good knowledge on microbial instrument and pharmaceutical industry standards & regulations • Miller Heiman or similar professional Sales Knowledge (SS/CS) • 1-2 years direct sales experience is preferred
