| • Define sourcing strategy together with cross functional teams. In charge of ODM, battery and Display
• Work closely with project manager, provide full support of ODM project for supplier investigation, cost negotiation, contract negotiation, project schedule follow up and etc
• Define yearly commodity budget target per supplies, perform annual budget negotiation with suppliers, identify and drive the supplier cost saving performance
• Identify need for, find and implement new suppliers as needed. Identify need for, discontinue and liquidate suppliers as needed.
• Contract and Agreement negotiation with suppliers
• Close work with R&D department and Support product development with sourcing solutions.
• Drive supplier performance in terms of cost, delivery and quality, and build supplier improvement programs
• Manage the ECO introduction and the SAPdata maintain
• Support execution escalations, such as shortages, push out, quality issues etc. |
