Manage quality related issues for the customers located in North and Central China Region. Verify and resolve the customer complaints/request/requirements through coordinating with ST different internal organizations. Improve the relationship with customer through best support/communication and quick response throughout problem solving, continuous monitoring on quality performance. Handling the customer visit/audit requests. Representative for the customer quality meetings.
Bachelor degree with 5 years working experience. Familiar with Quality tools, Quality management system. Technical Knowledge on Automotive Quality System and Requirements. Technical Knowledge on semiconductor process / Failure Analysis / Problem Solving methodology. With the experience to work with customers, Automotive background preferred. Team work, good Presentation and Communication skill. Customer oriented / proactive mindset. Flexible for business travelling. Good English reading/speaking/writing.
