| 1. Implement of critical process points for project management;
2. Be the guardian of the implementation of powder technical;
3. Ensure project planning with stakeholders;
4. Follow up the execution of the project, erection of the equipment and startup
of the commissioning;
5. Ensure Safety (0 Incident – 0 accident) all along project execution;
6. Ensure the project is on time and budget;
7. Ensure that monthly project review report & PGR meeting is submitted in time
with adequate content incl. Progress Report, POC information, Project schedule,
risk management and ensure hours are booked;
8. Ensure support and training of the plant staff for the technical matters;
9. Documented Project closure and handover to Service Team. |
