-Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) program for Company Asia and advance CI culture throughout all organizations in Asia.
-Support deployment of the Company Operating System (MOS) at Asia and other organizations in Asia.
-Model lean leadership behaviors and coach peers and leaders on same to drive MOS adoption and sustainment.
-Work directly with business unit leaders and teams to scope, schedule and define resource plans for process improvement kaizen events and projects.
-Utilize lean techniques and methodologies to achieve defined event or project objectives.
-Coordinate development and execution of Kaizen Leadership Process including managing kaizen funnel for both internal and led external opportunities.
-Teach and assist others in the use of Lean tools such as Kaizen, including BPI (Business Process Improvement), VSM (Value Stream Maps), and MPI (Manufacturing Process Improvement); PSP (Problem Solving Process), and DM (Daily Management).
-Facilitate kaizen events both within and with key suppliers.
-Demonstrate proficiency of Root Cause Countermeasure (RCCM) and utilize it to both develop internal team competency and to help address internal and supplier related performance gaps.
-Assist functional areas or business units in identifying key metrics and validating improvements.
-Coach, mentor and support colleagues in achievement of improvement activity and targets.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including global resources and CI leaders in other Business Units.
-Communicate initiatives and activities across relevant business units in Asia. |
