| The ideal candidate shall have Bachelor degree or above of hydraulic or mechanical engineering with 3-5 year maintenance experience in hydraulic equipment. It is better to have experience of improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Certified GB is plus. One shall have the ability to work in an international team with good spoken and written English skills. | |||

| Put safety as the first priority in all work, and ensure all activities are compliant with EHS policy; ➢ Responsible for maintenance of flexible press line and related equipment; ➢ Conduct trouble-shooting on break down of equipment and recover their functions promptly to minimize the impact to production running; ➢ Implement preventive maintenance activities and manage spare parts in reasonable level; ➢ Train and direct operators in machine operations and daily maintenance; ➢ Keep all of the maintenance records in the CMMS system; ➢ Participate in ALPS activities, continuously improve equipment reliability by improvement tools; ➢ Manage improvement and lean activity. | |||
