Task description
•Development of wiring harness in cooperation with development center in Germany, responsible teams and suppliers; Optimize the routine of wiring harness on the vehicle;
•Evaluate and manage the prototype technical function release of wiring harness.
•Managing wiring harness localization process to make sure wiring harness can be delivered timely and rightly.
•Technical support and problem solving for wiring harness issues from tryout plant, production plant, testing teams, cross functional departments
•Technical support and solution proposal to project team, especially for China specific requirements
•Cooperation with cross-functional departments like product planning, quality, logistics, purchasing, set up project milestones as well as coordinate activities to pursue tight time schedules
•Support for wiring harness benchmarking |
| •Education
-Bachelor degree or above in automotive, electrical or mechanical engineering
•Experience
-Graduates with first experience in automotive industry (e.g. Internships) as well as applicants with minimum 3-5 years’ work experience at OEMs or suppliers,
-wiring harness working background beneficial
-Patent owner/partner beneficial
•Specific Knowledge
-Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial
-Computer skills mandatory, including Windows, Office;
-3D, 2D and schematic tools beneficial
-Self-responsible and active working attitude and initiative
-Intercultural competence and strong communication skills
-Willingness to travel inside China and abroad |
