-New design in / Demand Creation to grow the business, identify new business opportunity that bring in long term value. -Ability to understand Datacom / Telecom market trend, focus on new design in / demand creation to grow the sales revenue, meet design-in target and ensure the sustainable profitability growth. -Build trust and credible relationship with customers based on technical solution capability, Customer first to go to contact Molex for engineering solution -Create new design in solution / new business opportunities with customer, work with division on new business potential, convince Product Management with strong business case to assign engineering resources to work on the solution and Investment to tool up to win the business. -Coordinate with QA, CSR, and division to ensure quality / delivery and maximize the Molex share. -Conduct the regular QBR with customer, understand customer needs and requirement, coordinate with PM to set up and optimize the sales plan / strategy. -Regular coordinate / conduct sales / product seminar to customer key decision maker .
-Over 5 years working experience in Telecom / Datacom industry, relevant experience in one or more of the following areas/products will be preferred : -Project Management /Account Management / Field Application; -System Architecture / Hardware/ Mechanical of Datacom / Telecom System such as Wireless / Router/ Switch/Server / Storage / OTN/ PTN/ PON equipment -Strong technical background and account management skill is a MUST -Open minded, good in communication, customer-oriented -Self motivate,willing to take challenging assignments -Good command of English -Must have or at least with one of it, Signal Integrity / System Architecture / Hardware/ Mechanical knowledge
