-Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing major customer projects which require the commitment of significant skills and resources.
-Manage project teams that include lead engineer, site manager, and administrative support and third party vendors.
-Manage MES around solution implementation in Auto/Pharm/Cpg/Electronic industries.
-Manage multi-function and multi-vendor efforts to plan and implement multiple, integrated system solutions to customers’ complex projects.
-Implement appropriate project management process & tools of the company to ensure all projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget with high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Define and determine role of project management in each project, including specific roles and responsibilities for each project member.
-Prepare communication plan and related project status reports to key stakeholders to provide project updates on activities and deliverables, as well as risks and mitigation strategies.
-Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.
-Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project stakeholders.
-Identify on a timely basis all project barriers and identify strategies and approaches to overcome these barriers.
-Complete and manage project activities using an industry standard project management process and approach to ensure a consistent approach to project completion with other similar projects within the organization.
-Manage the Five Project Management Process Groups flow from one phase into another. Beginning with Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, Close.
-Coach & provide feedback to project team members on their performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Ensure assigned proposal have right commitment on cost and schedule.
-Support Proposal Review to ensure cost and schedule committed.
-Leverage various resources to ensure the project team to meet project requirements defined in sales contract.
-Manage team performance to develop team capability and motivate the team.
-Work with Application Center Manager to make project manpower forecasting and balance. |
