| 1. Coordinate the set-up of HV-Battery remanufacturing
- Support the project lead in establishing of a comprehensive HV-Battery remanufacturing processes, setting up detail plans, defining layout and process flow.
- Support the ME planning team to define the technical specification for equipment, tools and consumables etc. and support the relevant procurement activities. Review supplier quotations and help preparing sourcing decisions.
- Cooperate with IPS department in regard of the production equipment procurement.
- Coordinate among ME planning team, BBAC and DGRC regarding the China unique products.
- Coordinate environmental and safety related topics among QM, CRE, ME planning team and local authorities.
- Close communication with PMO regarding project status etc.
2. Blue collar staff qualification and management
- Set up of a qualification plan of the blue collar staff and monitoring of implementation, keeping the budget limitations.
- Fulfill production plan and motivate staff to improve continuously on qualify, production, efficiency and delivery.
- Construct result-orientated team culture. Motivate continuously learning and improvement, to attain performance goal.
3. Interact with internal department and reporting
- Close communication with MBPM internal teams/departments, GSP/RMT and lead plant Sebes.
- Monitor and report all HV-Battery project related KPIs. Control targets within own area of responsibility.
4. Process and Audit Fulfillment
- Ensure that the target agreement is successfully fulfilled.
- Make sure all processes and activities are in line with audit requirements and ethical standards |
| Coordinate HV-Battery remanufacturing project for company.
Support ME planning team in regard with remanufacturing process and equipment planning.
Close communication with RM leadplants, headquarter, BBAC and DGRC etc. regarding HV-Battery topics.
Support PMO to fulfill project targets.
Qualification
• Education
Diploma in Automotive, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in the automotive production in particular HV-Battery related area.
Be familiar with standardization and Lean production system.
Be familiar with problem solving tools. E.g. PDCA, 8D, 7 Diamonds, etc.
Be familiar with “5s” and push to be implemented in spot.
Good team player, target management and continuously improve consciousness.

Excellent command of spoken and written both English and German. |
