- Technical project management experience
- Automobile engineering at OEM or supplier beneficial
- Technical cooperation project experience beneficial
- Other equivalent experience
• Specified Knowledge
- Fluent English, and Chinese (written/spoken); German is a plus
- Good communication coordination skills with external parties and internal
parties
- Knowledge about vehicle network is preferred, e.x. CAN bus, Flexray and
Ethnet etc.
- Knowledge about development and testing tools is preferred, e.x. ControlDesk
and Vector tools etc.
- Good computer and MS office skills
- Team player with open-minded working attitude and ability to adapt to new
situations
Task description
• AD system integration and issue solving
- Set up transparent development timeline for own area of responsibility
- Drive tech issue solving process with internal and external development
partners
- Plan and purchase needed development equipment, software, tools, etc.
- Establish a productive working relationship with project partners
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities within own working area
- Ensure an efficient information sharing with relevant project partners and
management
• AD modules & vehicle platform development and testing
- Develop AD system integration concepts for China specific solutions
- Drive and prepare technical decision making for own area of responsibility
- Autonomous driving modules development and implementation
- Coordinate prototype vehicle build-up according to agreed timeline
- Vehicle platform testing and validation
- Support project processes

- Actively support to built-up and improve the team processes
- Understand and support the development of the RD China AD strategy |
