| -This position is to take lead to manage the pre-sales and product team in order to provide technical and product support to the business. -Be good at of product portfolio management and lead the market trend -Lead and responsible for all of the Product Management corresponding jobs -Able to drive and collaborate with R&D Department to develop the product subject to the market needs. -Parallel to lead and instruct the pre-sales tech support team to help company implement organic growth. -Strategize and define decision criteria of prospects, channels and end users to position products and solutions against competition. -Develop launch plans that will provide clear direction to the Marketing. -Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing Engineering and Customer Service to ensure the market leading customer experience. -Collaborate closely with sales team and HQ to identify improvement opportunities, developmental needs and account growth. | |||
| 职位要求: | |||
| -Engineering Bachler degree or above. -At least 5-10 years safety and security corresponding domain Product management experience (MI, MKT Positioning, Product Planning, Price Positioning, Place market making, promotion…). -Be able to guild the MARCOMM team from the Product management perspective to build the high end/premium brand marketing image. -Familiar the NPI workflow to cooperate with R&D team. -Excellent project/program management skills and attention to details. | |||
