职位描述:
-Provide general operations management and manage for the day-to-day operations for Shenzhen through a team of functional managers and supervisors where including several functions such as marketing, purchasing, customer services, technical support and manufacturing. -Ensure increasing levels of performance for these functions in order to achieve the business growth and improve operation excellence. -Develop and implement operational/manufacturing function budget and plan; allocate function target to subordinates; and monitor the achievement of the budget and overall performance in order to achieve targeted business performance. -Review, modify and implement company policies and procedures for different functions in order to align with government regulation and HQ corporate policy. -Allocate and balance work across direct reports and functional teams; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issue in the department in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent. -Review and improve production capacity plan base on business forecast in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence. -Oversee the development of manpower requirements based on sales forecast and set priorities for production schedules taking into consideration new product introduction, equipment effectiveness, material supply, etc. -Participate in strategic planning process for the business. -Work closely with Managing Director to lead the implementation of agreed upon strategic breakthroughs. -Ensure execution of actions and timelines through solid leadership, resource allocation and results management. -Lead the development and execution to annual operating budgets for all departments and monitor compliance.
职位要求:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in an analytical field (eg Engineering, Operations, customer services and technical etc.) -10 years’ work experience related to operations, business, or statistics analysis. -Must have led and managed complex businesses of varying functions. -Able to analyze data and recommend actions and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. -Good interpersonal skills, strong problem solving ability. -Good presentation skill. -A mature team player who is simultaneously independent, energetic, and proactive. -Commercial savvy and strategic thinking.
