Lead sales activities and drive business growth of company product and solution Build customer relationships with the assigned region and/or accounts for sales Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base Explore new markets, new growth points and emerging business opportunities. Identify strategic accounts for market coverage and penetration. Make recommendations for continued growth Achieve annual sales target Travelling at short notice is required Use salesforce.com or CRM as daily sales management
职位要求:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related industry, specifically wire & cable and extrusion, preferably with online measurement & controls such diameter, wall thickness, eccentricity etc. Experience on direct sales and/or OEM sales Clear thinking with strong sales skills, and/or strong integrated automation solution on on-line measurement & control Self-starter and fast learner with strong ability to energize and inspire others, led by example, passion for growth Say-Do accountability and tenacity to follow through tough assignment. Ability to conduct business with high ethical practices Working location will be Shanghai, Guangzhou or Beijing
