-Assist Marketing and Technology senior management in the implementation ofmarketing programs and provide feedback on resource needs and emerging opportunities within the region
-Recommends to Marketing and Technology changes in Company product/service mix by evaluating product results and competitive developments; marketdevelopment activities to include performing analysis of customer plans and creatingregional forecasts for sales results.
-Demonstrating strong business acumen to manageworking capital, profitability, etc. Must be experienced in developing a budget, operating plan and goals for sellersthat align & ensure delivery of the annual operating plan commitments. Development of short- and long-term sales forecasts for product lines and markets and preparation the business plan, strategy, and implementation of a successful business plan annually.
-Performing market share analysis and preparation of recommendations for increasing market share.Maintaining first-hand knowledge of technology changes, material development and market place conditions; makes presentations at sales meetings.
-Serving as a member of the Commercial Leadership team in meetings and working on projects across the Region. |
-BS Chemistry, Marketing, Business or Polymers.
-Successful track record of effective goal setting to achieve strategic business objective through focused, motivational leadership.
-Complex thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutions.
-Coaching and mentoring skills for developing direct reports is a key aspect of this position.
-Skilled in developing highly productive relationships with key customers, suppliers and internal contacts is essential.
