职位描述:
-Represents a leadership role leading a team of sales professionals and Customer Service staff. -Profitable revenue growth, including robust new business development. -Achieve stated gross profit targets.Lead cross functional teams including technical and customer service in support ofbusiness objectives. -Approach the sales process with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness by successful utilization of customer centric selling skills and tools, such as use of scorecards, business reviews, EVE tools, high/wide/deep, 5 warning signs, prospecting & new account calls, development of a robust sales funnel, collecting ARs, avoidance of bad debts, cross selling, and effective CRM system management. -Development of highly productive relationships with key customers, suppliers andinternal contacts is essential. -Assist Marketing and Technology senior management in the implementation ofmarketing programs and provide feedback on resource needs and emerging opportunities within the region -Recommends to Marketing and Technology changes in Company product/service mix by evaluating product results and competitive developments; marketdevelopment activities to include performing analysis of customer plans and creatingregional forecasts for sales results. -Demonstrating strong business acumen to manageworking capital, profitability, etc. Must be experienced in developing a budget, operating plan and goals for sellersthat align & ensure delivery of the annual operating plan commitments. Development of short- and long-term sales forecasts for product lines and markets and preparation the business plan, strategy, and implementation of a successful business plan annually. -Performing market share analysis and preparation of recommendations for increasing market share.Maintaining first-hand knowledge of technology changes, material development and market place conditions; makes presentations at sales meetings. -Serving as a member of the Commercial Leadership team in meetings and working on projects across the Region.

-BS Chemistry, Marketing, Business or Polymers. -Successful track record of effective goal setting to achieve strategic business objective through focused, motivational leadership. -Complex thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutions. -Coaching and mentoring skills for developing direct reports is a key aspect of this position. -Skilled in developing highly productive relationships with key customers, suppliers and internal contacts is essential. -Technical aptitude.Professional presence, including excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. -Broad knowledge of solutions, materials and processing. -Self-motivated.Team player. Strong organizational skills required. -May supervise a small team of direct reports and has global interactions. -Is a global thought leader with the ability to influence cross functionally, globally.Leads the function effectively and operates independent of supervisor and direction. -Effectively influences at peer level and higher.Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating and presenting to the VP/GM level. -Up to 75% travel is required. -Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Word & Excel; SAP and SalesForce.com experience preferred.
