-Maintain the existing key account and business, also develop new customers and new business.
-Sale Krones machine or line: achieve sales target and promote sales strategies in the defined area.
-Participate in projects management and contracts negotiation.
-Assist customers in the proper application, selection, and troubleshooting of company products.
-Facilitate the close-out of the order by ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Working together with project team for outstanding payment collection.
-Cooperate with Marketing dept to organize these marketing activities, like seminars, exhibitions, etc.
-Lead the team to coorperate with other internal department, such as BUs, service, change parts, spare parts for smooth execution of project and after-sales service.
-Develop the potential market for new machine products by following-up with new customers in different industry.
-Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
-Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. |
-5+ years of sales or marketing working experience in packaging equipment for brewing, beverage or other industries, technical or engineering background is preferred.
-Bachelor degree or above, preferable in mechanical or electronic major.
-Fluent verbal and written language skills in both Mandarin and English preferred.
-Well organized, capable of displaying effective communication skills.
-Motivated individual with good personality and excellent interpersonal skills, having team spirit.
-Good computer skills (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc). |
