Define the work instructions and the roadmaps regarding V1000, V5000, QS/ISO 9000, TS 16949 and VDA 6 expectancies
Measure and communicate the department efficacy and efficiency. Propose corrective actions and progress objectives (5 axes indicators)
Be responsible of the Industrialization information flow between the division and the branch
Be in charge of coordinating the department training and be responsible of the quality of the team
