Develop New Business in Strategic Account
Achieve Company's target revenue performance with maximized margin and provide quality
service to achieve to total customer satisfaction.
1. Identify potential customers, make regular visits, establish & maintain strong customer relationship.
2. Anticipate and understand customers' technical and business requirements and relate
it to SAA's product and service capability, provide SAA solution and its value.
3. Execute sales strategy, beat competition and achieve the revenue target.
4. Assist in launching new products/service and promotion plan.
5. Collect market information& new technology development and feedback to RD department.
6. Report product weakness and handle customer complaints, quality reject and delivery
problem before mass production stage.
7. Liaise with customers to handle long overdue account and coordinate with Finance dept.
8. Make accurate sales forecasts for designated accounts monthly.
9. Plan & report weekly/monthly sales activities. Prepare customer profiles.
10. Any other duties assigned by the Company and the Superior. |
