职位描述:
The PM is accountable to: • Develop Team Competencies • Define Product allocation inside the Supply Chain • Manage Suppliers performance • Secure Product Development ( Fashion, Quality and on time Samples ) • Secure best deal (Price / Lead time / Quality) • Secure on time supply of merchandises Main Responsibilities • Be a role model /an H&M leader and work on building the team to a top performing team • Evaluate, identify talents through dialogue talks. Make sure that all staff will develop and grow by giving & taking feedback and set individual development plan • Set and coordinate department goals in accordance with Supply chain goals. • Follow the Team workload and adjust. • Coordinate the team traveling, activities (New Projects, Tools, etc…) and manage team budget • Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods. • Make sure that customer requests are clear to all team • Drive Purchase Strategy in Production according to Buying Office needs • Supervise and control that Best Deal is given to customer: Best Product, Price, Quality and Lead-time • Set Business Strategy based on supplier performances • Set Business plan and Goals to suppliers and monitor them Cooperation with other teams • Strengthen cooperation with Supply chain Managers to secure Business Strategy implementation. Cooperation with GPO / BO • Create a good dialogue with Buyers/Designer/Section head in Buying Office. Understand their priorities and act accordingly • Make sure to always work proactively with updates to GPO / BO Cooperation with H&M suppliers • Supervise partnership with supplier management
职位要求:
Education and Experience requirements • Preferable experience working in a production team with a strong fashion sense • Relevant production experience, i.e. shoes preferred. • Experience in a similar position in a supplier or trading office • Celebrate individuality and equal opportunity for growth • Believe strong, clear values, not manuals, guide our daily interaction with each other • Appreciate open door policy where everyone’s ideas are important • Be comfortable expressing yourself in English as this is our business language
